Institutional Membership

Joining BCLA as an Institutional Member provides your library with a number of significant benefits. Institutional members can send a staff member to continuing education workshops and the annual conference, and are entitled to discounts at several bookstores and the BCLA Bibliotique. If you opt for the “two-person” membership, you receive twice the benefit…two staff can attend!

As well, as an institutional member, you have the ability to have your library profiled on the main page of the BCLA website. This provides visitors to www.bcla.bc.ca “one-click” access to your library’s website.

Your BCLA membership will help you stay informed about provincial library issues via access to the BCLA Browser: Linking the Library Landscape: an online, open access newsletter published quarterly and the BCLA listserv.
