Section Campaign LTAIG is currently campaigning to become a Section within the British Columbia Library Association. Being successful in this campaign would give us a stronger voice within BCLA and a seat on the BCLA Board. If we become a section, we will adopt the proposed Constitution and Bylaws. The petition you find here needs to be presented to BCLA at the 2011 BCLA Annual General Meeting. We need the signatures of 10% of the BCLA membership for the petition to be accepted. Please note that petitions must be printed out, and that only the signatures of BCLA members will be counted.
