Welcome to the LGBTQ Interest Group Welcome to the pages of the newly formed Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered and Queer (LGBTQ for short) Interest Group of BCLA!
We are hoping to use these pages to share information on issues, events, web links, books, films, music and so on. If you have ideas for content that you'd like to see, please contact me.
Among the ideas suggested already are:
- Topical lists of books, films, etc (created by us!)
- Links to relevant news stories
- Events
- Useful links - to blogs, resources, information
- Highlighting important issues and reporting on our responses to them
We're also looking for interested members to take on organizing events, creating lists, suggesting links, and so on.
We want this to be a fun group that accomplishes serious things when it needs to.
